Justificación:
The SA CUBA project contributes to target 2.1 by increasing the availability of safe food of animal origin and improving the health standards of animals such as poultry and pigs. This will be done through training of Cuban technicians and improvements in the infrastructure of the laboratories associated with the MINAG of Cuba.

Prevalence of moderate or severe food insecurity in the population, based on the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES)
Justificación:
The increase in safe food available to the Cuban population would reduce the levels of food insecurity for the Cuban population, both in terms of access to and quality of foods.
