ADELANTE Programme: Triangular Cooperation European Union Latin America and the Caribbean

From 5 to 9 February, in the framework of the grant contract "Entrepreneurship and Business Development for Mesoamerican countries EDEM" co-financed by the European Union and executed by the Presidential Agency of Cooperation, APC Colombia, takes place in the capital of the country the second workshop "Transfer of Integrated Model of Business Services MISE" of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, CCB, partner entity of the project.

Delegates from the Chambers of Commerce of Cartagena, Tegucigalpa and Nicaragua will participate in this second session in which they will present the business models that the Chambers of Commerce of these regions, focused on topics such as: communications strategy, customer management, business model and information system.

This week's meeting will also socialize the progress in business model and customer management and delegates in turn will receive training from the CCB to focus on strategy, marketing, production, finance and legal procedures, aspects that allow building a new portfolio of services according to identified needs.

Likewise, from the presentations related to the services that are managed through the MISE, the self-diagnosis module, the dream matrix and the service routes, the delegates of the Chambers of Commerce of Cartagena, Nicaragua and Tegucigalpa will define their portfolio management process that will strengthen the capabilities towards a better business model and customer service.

Regarding this second workshop, which began in the afternoon today and ends on Friday, February 9, Carlos Sanchez, head of production chain of the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce said that "This is an important transfer of knowledge in which the CCB presents a new model of care that focuses on the entrepreneur as the axis of the service and drives the design of an important work with respect to camera management.

For this reason, the European Union and the Presidential Cooperation Agency, APC-Colombia, through the CEDEM project, are strengthening their commitment to promote spaces for exchange in which cooperation that transforms and improves conditions in other regions is materialized.
