The project Mirada Ciudadana developed capacity-building activities in the Paraguayan cities of President Franco and San Bernardino.

President Franco was the seat of a very interesting activity with women, where Sonia Gómez also participated, as a reference of Gender of Cerro Largo. It was an encounter evaluated as highly positive, where they participated in a fair where these women presented the clothing and coat products made from the waste of Paraguayan multinational industries. They are clothing for children and adults as well as blankets, capes, bedspreads, carpets, and more.

These women have been participating in different fairs that they intend to institutionalize. With them the project carried out a training that has to do with the empowerment and the development of a life project, where it includes entrepreneurship. The activity was evaluated as highly positive.

In San Bernardino, the municipality's cabinet was worked on for a morning, evaluating the work that has been done related to the project, projecting planned training activities. On the other hand, the Mirada Ciudadana technical team held an interview with the Mayor to plan the Political Dialogue activities that will take place in San Bernardino in September.
