During the Launch Forum of the plan Panamá Coopera, the Executive Vice Secretary of the regional organisation, Antonio Pardo, highlighted the importance of multilateral cooperation to reach the Sustainable Development Goals. South-South cooperation and triangular cooperation provide a new model of collaboration between equals that protects the interests of middle-income countries, strengthen the participation of developing nations in global forums of fiscal cooperation and address harmful tax competition through integrated regional programs, affirmed this Thursday, May 4, the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), Antonio Prado.
