Activities were launched with a very productive work meeting with the Prefeito Adriano Castro and several Directors. The meeting allowed to take stock of the achievements and to establish the guidelines for future work. The Prefeito highlighted the work done in Strategic Planning and the effects it was already producing on the municipality's running. On the other hand, he also pointed out the importance of continuing with the training in internal communication, citizen attention and the work being developed with Peñalolen in support of the entrepreneurs.

The internal communication activity was focused on the weaknesses identified during the strategic planning and at the end of the workshop, an Action plan and a list of recommendations to correct and improve the running were established.

In terms of Citizen (customer) Services, at the beginning of the activity, several of the participants pointed out that people and officials themselves were noticing important changes as a result of the previous workshops. Work was done on the importance of clear and transparent procedures, customer typologies and a customer satisfaction form (to be filled in by citizens once the procedures have been completed in all offices).

The Municipality of Candiota is carrying out work to support women entrepreneurs in various areas. On this occasion, a very interesting activity was carried out via Skype with experts from Peñalolen who made a presentation with a lot of information about the steps to follow to be successful in a business and gave advice and recommendations that were very much appreciated by the participants. They then worked with an example of SWOT (FODA) and calculation of fixed and variable costs. With this exercise, the aim is for each one to make progress in collecting their information and analyzing it, and then in a new workshop to be able to support them and work on the "Canvas" methodology.
