Strengthening the skills of leaders and employees of Cerro Largo Council

STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP. Part 2

Working with managers and employees of Cerro Largo Council on strategic planning, in order to provide technical support to the different departments of the Council to plan strategically and develop projects especially in conjunction with municipalities.

This workshop aims to handle the same information by the Directors of the Municipality, the Coordination of Municipalities and Municipalities for the execution of the provisions of the Five-Year Plan, the operational plans and management commitments.

This activity was carried out by ICD - Training Entity contracted by the Mirada Ciudadana Project-, Municipality Coordination and the Mirada Ciudadana team.
