The Technical Assistance Team visits to the projects

During the months of February, March and April 2017, Gabriel Fernández, head of the Technical Assistance team, and Laura Cabral, specialist in project management, carried out the first visits to all the ADELANTE projects. These visits established face-to-face contact between the projects and the Technical Support team, allowing the latter to get to know the coordinators and national cooperation authorities and to better understand the characteristics and reach of each one of the projects During these work meetings, the team held an active listening and presented the framework of ADELANTE's Technical Assistance, as well as the tools that will be made available to the coordinators to facilitate the management of their projects, as well as support their activities of communication and visibility.

In each of the countries visited, the team received a warm welcome and, thanks to these fruitful meetings, strong links were established that will facilitate collaboration between the coordinators and the Technical Assistance team during the coming years.
