International publications reflecting the experience of the Mirada Ciudadana project

Further to the participation of Lucy Larrosa, Project Coordinator, in the "Certificate in South-South Cooperation" programme given by the Instituto Universitario de Desarrollo y Cooperación (IUDC) de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) for the Ibero-American Programme to Strengthen South-South Cooperation (PIFCSS) in 2017, Professor Tahina Ojeda Medina showed interest in the project's experience and included it in two of her articles: “Localización de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible en espacios fronterizos y cooperación Sur-Sur en espacios fronterizos de América Latina” ("Localising Sustainable Development Objectives in Border Areas and South-South Cooperation in Latin American Border Areas" ) and “El rol estratégico de los gobiernos locales y regionales en la implementación de la Agenda 2030: experiencias desde la cooperación Sur-Sur y triangular” ("The Strategic Role of Local and Regional Governments in Implementing the Agenda 2030: Experiences from South-South and Triangular Cooperation"), both published in the OASIS international magazine.

Tahina Ojeda Medina holds a PhD in Political Science; she is a researcher at the University Institute for Development and Cooperation (Instituto Universitario de Desarrollo y Cooperación  - IUDC) of the Complutense University of Madrid (Universidad Complutense de Madrid - UCM) and leads the 'Certificate in South-South Cooperation' given by this Institute; She is also a Professor at the Nebrija University (Universidad Nebrija).
