1st training and observatory visit as part of the project or Restorative Practices Programme in State of Mexico

Delegations from Costa Rica, Colombia, and the State of Mexico itself will participate:

• Opening ceremony chaired by the President of Mexico’s Judiciary, with the participation of senior judicial figures, with internal and external press coverage
• Presentation of the legal framework of Restorative Justice, Restorative Justice Programs and their implementation axes, knowing; knowledge as from a Federal mandate, then implement the laws of the State.
