The coordinator of Mirada Ciudadana, Mtra. Lucy Larrosa, participates as a lecturer in the seminar on "Open Government" that takes place until next Friday in Cartagena, organized by the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation for Development (AECID) in the aforementioned Colombian city.

It integrates the panel on "Open Government and Transparency: Spreading a culture based on the principles of open government and reinforcing civic attitudes based on transparency, accountability, participation and collaboration." As coordinator of Mirada Ciudadana and of the already completed Cerro Largo Includes, Larrosa presented the own experience and the Intendancy of Cerro Largo in both projects, on the subject of debate.

At the same time, the Municipality of Medellín and Nariño, both from Colombia, made their exhibitions. On the other hand, the Spanish Government shares its experience of open Government, presenting the commitments assumed in the 3rd Open Government Plan. The Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) exposes what has been done and its experience in coordination, promoting the incorporation of the Open Government culture in the 2nd and 3rd levels of government.
