Mirada Ciudadana puts on a workshop for all officials from the municipality of Arévalo

In this case, participants presented themselves, giving their name and role. This was useful because 4 new officials were incorporated. From this, an exercise was proposed to them. This consisted of group work (distributed by the moderator) so that the participants submitted on cards the main issues that worried them, as well as things that they believe can be improved regarding their job.

This work was very useful because issues of work organization, planning, availability of materials, relationship with neighbors and with truckers, among others, arose. From these topics we worked on possible and applicable things. Recommendations were also made on the relationship and communication of everything that officials do. This issue is key because it is frustrating to carry out your work, to achieve the expected results that the population sometimes does not perceive the dimension of the effort. This work will continue to follow up on what has been proposed and what has been agreed, to see if there is progress.
