Mirada Ciudadana puts on workshop with Arévalo administratives

The project Mirada Ciudadana put on a workshop with the administrative officials in the municipality of Arévalo (at the request of the mayor), in order to improve the management of the administrative area and promote that all officials are aware of all of the roles and are able to act as support in case of an overload or license ... This work was done by means of a workshop with the participation of 3 officials, the mayor and a councillor.

All the tasks were listed, it was identified who made them and who knew how to do them; and what functions are known only by some of the officials. Based on this diagnosis, and based on the interest and good spirit of the participants, it was established to start with the process of information transmission and joint practice.
