Training ourselves to lead change and processes towards the inclusion of the SDG

Javier Cortés, an expert from the European Union who came to Cerro largo through the ADELANTE programme, worked yesterday together with the Mirada Ciudadana team to transfer the methodology for the localisation of the Agenda 2030.

This means that the municipalities will now include sustainable development in their planning and daily work, as they are the actors closest to the people. It is very easy to measure how they contribute to the fulfilment of these Sustainable Development Goals and of the Agenda 2030.

This is a commitment assumed by all countries at a global level, thinking about the need for the sustainable development of our planet, and taking into account economic, social and environmental development.
